Venice Days, - Giorgio Gosetti

Giorgio Gosetti is a journalist and the General Delegate of Venice Days. He founded and directed numerous film festivals, served in the Venice Film Festival (deputy director with Gillo Pontecorvo) and Locarno (in charge of retrospectives with Irene Bignardi). In 1999 he started the Italian Promotion Agency (Italia Cinema) and was the general manager until 2004. In 2013 he was appointed as Coordinator of the China Project ANICA (National Association of Film and Audiovisual Industry) on behalf of MIBACT (Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism).
